To roast a bean for espresso is truly a work of art. Our beans are already carefully selected from around the world and our fluid bed roaster is specifically made to roast Espresso beans producing the best tasting Espresso flavor.
The fluid bed roaster does not have a drum, so it keeps the beans moving. During this process, we blow high-pressure heated air throughout the roasting bed air to remove the chaff. The chaff, which is the light part of the shell, is quickly removed to prevent the bean from burning. The result? A great-tasting, dark, rich-bodied espresso!

We package our 12 oz coffee in bags with one-way air valves to keep the product fresh. It is best stored in a cool, dry place. You can keep it longer in the refrigerator, but you should never freeze it.
